Where do you ship from?

We ship from the United States and Germany.

Can I change or cancel my order?

As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Any requests made after this time will be denied. However, once you receive your order, it can be returned for a full refund following our return policy.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed and shipped out from our warehouses. Please allow extra time for processing during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Orders typically take 2-4 weeks to arrive, though high demand may occasionally cause delays.

What if I don't receive my order?

If you do not receive your order within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars. However, depending on your location, you may be required to pay duties and taxes once your order arrives. Import taxes, duties, and customs fees are determined by your local customs office. These fees are your responsibility and will not be covered by QUTMUCH. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

How do I return an item?

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

If you receive merchandise that is incorrect, missing, or defective, please contact us immediately. Include your order number, photographs of the item(s), and any other relevant information. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact your bank or card issuer for questions regarding when the credit will post to your account. If you haven't received your refund yet, please contact your bank or credit card company.
